Balancing getting everything done in your life and feeding your toddler good food isn’t an easy task! Luckily I start making strides toward eating better several years ago so transitioning into making little bit sized versions of healthy food wasn’t too hard. But still, I get stumped sometimes. Especially when Atlas is in a picky phase where he suddenly hates everything he used to love.
For a week I did my best to record everything I fed him, with the exception of going out to eat a couple of times. Of course, this varies a ton week to week. I hope this gives you a little inspiration!
